The Color Guard Tuscany Vinyl Drink Rail Bracket Kit is necessary to install a drink rail (deck board) to the top of Tuscany or Savannah railing. Drink rail brackets are only compatible with Tuscany or Savannah straight (horizontal) rail sections. This kit includes top rail brackets, drink rail straps, and hardware in White only.
