This easy-to-use self-adhered tape helps protect heads and jambs of rectangular windows and doors from intrusion by outdoor air, bulk water, and wind-driven rain. By helping to better seal the building envelope, DuPont™ Flashing Tape reduces the risk of water damage, increases building comfort, and improves energy efficiency. Rooted in years of building envelope expertise, DuPont™ Flashing Tape is a proven weapon against the elements during construction. The superior performance butyl-based adhesive system and a thermally stable polyolefin top sheet that will not deteriorate or stain after extended exposure to temperatures up to 180°F (82°C). It adheres well to most common building materials, including DuPont™ Tyvek® weatherization wraps, while maintaining a forgiving initial tack, thereby allowing for repositioning with its lightweight release liner and at external temperatures as low as 25°F (-4°C). DuPont™ Flashing Tape meets the AAMA 711-13 material standard requirements at the highest classification level.

DuPont™ Flashing Tape comes in convenient 4”, 6”, 9”, and 12” widths, all with a length of 75'. The 6", 9", and 12" rolls feature a split-release liner to help with easier product installation.
