The Durables Heavy Duty Post Mount eliminates the need for time-consuming wood post installation by serving as a sturdy, structural post. A 4-inch Durables vinyl post sleeve fits perfectly over it to match the rest of a Durables vinyl railing system. Post mounts are available to accommodate a 36-inch or 42-inch final rail height, as well as wood-mount or concrete-mount installations. To drill pilot holes, a 3/8-inch drill bit is needed for wood installations, and a 1/4-inch masonry bit is needed for concrete installations.
