The TimberTech Impression Rail Express Post Sleeve slides over a nominal 4x4 wood post or TimberTech Secure Adjustable Mount Post (both sold separately) to cover the product that adds stability to the railing system and to match the rest of your Impression Rail Express railing system. The 36-inch sleeve is for a 39-inch final rail height, and the 48-inch sleeve is for a 42-inch final rail height. The 108-inch option is pre-cut in half for shipping purposes, so you end up with two 54-inch sleeves.
