There is a 10-year warranty on LED’s and lights when they are installed with DekPro EFFEX transformers and no warranty when used with any other power source.

Transformers have a 3-year warranty when used exclusively for DekPro EFFEX Lighted Products and a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase when used with non-DekPro EFFEX products.

Yes, a drink rail can easily be added with the Prestige Drink Rail Bracket . The bracket can securely attach any deck board or cap rail to create a smooth, flat surface. It is commonly used with a cedar or composite deck board to provide a flat rail top that will easily hold objects like drinks or plants.

Dekpro Prestige Aluminum rail is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. DekPro railing products are guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship and/or materials. The powder coated finish on the railing is unconditionally guaranteed for life against cracking, peeling, or chipping.

Although the frequency of cleaning depends on environment and location, in cases of saltwater exposure, DekPro requires these guidelines be followed and recorded every 3‐4 months in order to process a warranty claim:

1. Create a cleaning mixture using warm water and a non‐abrasive, pH-neutral detergent. Popular household cleaners like Windex, Fantastik, and Simple Green are examples of safe cleaners to use. Do not use solvent‐based products to clean your railing.
2. Apply the cleaning solution with a soft cloth, sponge, or soft bristle brush.
3. Thoroughly rinse the railing surface to remove cleaning residue. The use of a pressure washer is not suggested.

DekPro Effex offers a 36-watt and a 60-watt transformer. To determine which transformer is right for your project, you need to add up the total wattage of all your deck lighting fixtures. Once you know that number then you can compare it to the max power on both of the transformers. The total wattage of your lights should not exceed 80% of the transformer's capacity, so the 36-watt transformer can power 28.8 watts max and the 60-watt transformer can power 48 watts max. The easiest way to make sure that you have everything you need to install your deck lighting would be to use the DekPro Effex Transformer Kit. The kit will include the transformer and any other cable and accessories you will need to install your lighting project.

• Round aluminum balusters have a 3/4 inch outside diameter and are available in 26 inch, 29 inch, 32 inch and 36 inch lengths.
• Square aluminum balusters are 3/4 inch outside diameter and are available in 26 inch, 29 inch, 32 inch and 36 inch lengths.
• Architectural (Belly & Bow) balusters are 3/16” x 1” x 32-¼” and 32 inches long.
• Face mount balusters are 1/2 inch x 1 inch x 38-¼ inch and are available in 32 inch and 38 inch lengths.
• Glass balusters are 5/16 inch thick x 4 inches wide and in 26 or 32 inch lengths. Stair glass balusters have lengths in 25-½ or 32-¼ inch lengths.

DekPro Prestige handrail can be attached or mounted to any flat surface 2” or wider. It is most commonly installed on deck posts and walls.

DekPro Effex Lighting is a line of post caps and deck lighting options by DekPro that look great and install easily onto their other deck railing products. The Effex lighting products will match perfectly with Prestige Railing and consist of efficient LEDs that create an ambient lighting to make your deck safer and more enjoyable.

Prestige balusters are made to match and work with the Prestige aluminum railing system. However, these balusters have also been designed to be used with other wood, composite or metal rail applications.

No, Prestige rails are not pre-drilled or slotted because they come with baluster connecters already installed.
